Ruby on Rails
AdamWilliams

I love Ruby and I love to watch HQ DVD movies, but not because I am good at it. I am getting tired of not using it (read ‘he’s used enough Ruby to know Java cripples’).

I started the RDT Plugin for Eclipse a couple years ago in the interest of learning the Eclipse API and Ruby. I didn’t learn much about the Ruby ways, but I did learn a lot about executing Ruby. RDT’s current state can be attributed to ChrisWilliams? and MarkusBarchfeld?.

Right now, I am paid to do Java work. To ease that burden, I have spent quite a bit of time writing Sails, the Rails wannabe in Java. If you’re laughing, may you and your children’s children write VBScript all the days of your life. Seriously, I often laugh at myself. If you’re ever back in Java land and miss Rails, come see me. We’ll see whose laughing then.

Someday, you might be able to find out more about me at my website.
