Bay Cities Ruby User Group

I’m trying to put together a Bay Cities RUG, which includes but is not limited to the Ruby programmers in the cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, etc. The closest user groups to this area is the Santa Monica RUG, which is still a good hour away, and the LA RUG, which is another hour.
