Ever been frustrated that the datetime helpers don’t let you format them the way YOU want?
FlexTimes lets you put the datetime parameters in any order and combination you want, with any intervening text, and use 12-hour time format if you wish.
04/17/2006: Added capability to give the :minute field a :minute_step, i.e. every 5, 10, 5 minutes, etc.
