I work for the Summit County Engineer , and I am the only programmer here—hence the need for programmer productivity!
I did ColdFusion for a long time, and still use it for MS Access or BLOBs out of SQL Server, which is broken in Rails right now.
I also use Python sometimes, because there’s always a Python package to do what you want.
